Veggies N’at creator Gerald Charlton takes a soulful approach to plant-based food, offering exquisite recreations of classic favorites as well as unique dishes with inspired flavor combinations. He first learned his way around a kitchen with the help of Carla Branduzzi of Piccolo Forno who helped him cultivate a love for cooking with fresh herbs and spices, which came naturally to him.
Gerald aims to make delicious, nourishing food more accessible and to spread awareness of the life-changing benefits of eating plant-based foods. He was inspired to change the way he eats in 2017 by the late Dr. Sebi, a Honduran herbalist, who stands behind the notion that food is medicine. He has experienced the difference it can make and wishes to share this with his community.
